Commissioning - Startups

Commissioning can be a challenging time. Integrating complicated instrumentation into your plant is difficult at the best of times. Our detailed knowledge of your processes helps make sure the start-up phase runs as smoothly as possible. We can assess your spares situation, what preventative maintenance schedules you have in place and provide the relevant training.

Audits - Mismeasurements

Are your systems compliant? Is your application fiscal? We can identify shortfalls in design and advise of the correct solutions.

Where do your calibration gasses come from? Do they need to be UKAS Certified?

Do your gas chromats require ISO 10723 compliance?

Detail system design review

Analyser systems require a 'special knowledge' when it comes to delivering a reliable solution - if the design has fallen to you as the project Instrument Engineer we can guide you and give you the expertise you need.

FAT assistance

The Factory Acceptance Test is a critical part of the project deliverable. We can assist you at your facility if your resources are stretched - we can manage large scale projects of several analyser houses and multiple analysers.

If this sounds fermiliar - we can help you. Using our portable traceable moisture analyser we can substantiate water levels in your process on a day by day or up to the minute basis. Our portable analyser has an inbuilt traceable calibrator to American NIST standards. The measurement is made under accurately controlled conditions of temperature , flow and pressure.
