Two-day Danalyzer training course.
This chromatography training course is designed primarily for Danalyzer operators but it can be tailored to cover wider aspects of chromatography if required. About 30% of the course is spent on practical exercises involved in maintenance and repair including fault finding on a working chromatograph with 2251 or 2551 controller. Training and practice using MON software for the 2350 controller is also offered. The course is limited to six people so that each one can gain adequate practical experience.
The course starts with general aspects of chromatography and progresses to how the Danalyzer works. Various maintenance aspects are covered as a logical fault-finding procedure is introduced. Configuration of the analysers is explained and operation of the individual controllers covered. A full manual of the course material is provided for each member to keep.
A full list of the topics covered is available on request but each course can be tailored to suit the equipment and individual requirements of each group.
We will supply a portable analyser, specially constructed from mainly Danalyzer parts, that can be used in the classroom as a training aid.
